DESCRIPTION:Ever wanted to attend a glamorous art auction?Ever wished a favourite board game could come to life? \nIn celebration of our 40th Anniversary we’ve combined these two concepts to create an exciting high-stakes mayhem fundraiser to benefit the 2026 Sooke Fine Arts Show! \nThe event is an adaptation of the board game “Masterpiece”\, combined with a live & silent auction of local art. \nRoll the dice to see whether you get a painting\, cash\, initiate an auction\, or even an art heist!Play solo\, play as a duo\, it’s up to you\, but whoever amasses the greatest fortune of painting & cash wins the game! \nWhere: Shirley Community HallWhen: Sunday\, April 19\, 2-5pm \nThere will be refreshments and treats\, as well as a “Dirty Soda Bar” (alcohol-free: all the rage!); a selfie station; and other surprises. Tickets will be $50/couple; $30 for solo players; and $20 for spectator attendees (+ taxes & fees). Anyone 12 and up is welcome to play.
